We’ve started cladding our owner builder project in beautiful Swansea. We are using a mix or materials including masterwall offering extra insulation , is lightweight and low maintenance and will be easily rendered down the track. The western side is classed in James Hardie matrix which provides a sharp modern look
And is extremely low maintenance, looking forward to progressing further with this project in the coming months

It’s amazing what we’ve achieved in a little over a week. Managed to prep for the slab, after a mini flood we managed to pour and finish the slab, Huge shout out to the team at Dead Set Concreting , CJC pumping and of course Morey Brothers.

Then the fun and hard work begun with firstly framing and then installation of the roof trusses. As always we partner up with the team Clennett's Trade Centre for our materials.

Also a huge thanks to the crew who helped make all this possible Jarrod Tate Matthew Brown 🙌🏻🙏🏻❤️
