Do you use a toilet cleanser block or capsule to remove stains from your cistern or bowl? if you do this is your sign to check that it has not come loose or disolved into chunks. Fragments of these blocks can become lodged in the outlet valve and chemically react with the rubber seal causing your toilet or cistern to leak.

The best prevention is to use a press on block however avoid clip on's as they can break off and get blocked on the S Bend on the toilet. If its already too late and your toilet is leaking we are happy to help out! Send us a DM, book online, or call up and mention this post for $50 off the repair job.

Interesting job to come across, called out to a childcare complaining about water pooling. Found 3 stormwater pits covered without any kind of filters on the grates. By the end of the job we managed to remove 6 bin loads of sand out of the 6” Line.

Called out to a job in Blacktown with a block of 28 townhouses had sewerage overflow, only to find a brick wedged sideways just before the Sydney water connection, dug it out saved the pipe and all back to good condition the same day 👍🏽
