HGE connections' is seeking a skilled and experienced Level 2 Qualified Electrical Tradesman to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality electrical services for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Disconnections and reconnections at the point of attachment
- Upgrades and alterations to consumer mains
- Installation and replacement of private poles
- Metering installations, upgrades, and replacements
- Underground and overhead service work
- Defect rectification and compliance work
- Read and interpret electrical plans, service & network requirements.
- Complete work to regulatory standards (Ausgrid/Endeavour/Essential)
- Conduct fault finding, testing, and commissioning of installations
- Liaise with clients onsite and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation, service orders, risk assessments (SWMS), and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times in line with WHS and ASP requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.

What we're looking for:
- Qualification as a Level 2 Electrical Tradesperson (ASP Level 2)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified electrician, with Level 2 ASP experience highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
- Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical drawings, service requirements, and network specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship
- Professional communication skills and a strong customer service approach
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment
