We recently completed a full electrical rewire of this semi, taking it from outdated and limited… to a modern, fully upgraded system from the ground up.

Scope of works included:
• New consumer mains from the street
• Complete rewire of the property
• Brand new switchboard with upgraded protection
• LED downlights installed throughout
• DC ceiling fans installed throughout the home
• Underfloor heating in all tiled areas
• Exhaust fans with run-on timers for improved ventilation
• Custom setup linking exhaust fan to dryer operation
• Installation of new electrical appliances
• Front halo wall lights for a clean architectural finish
• Garden lighting to enhance outdoor areas
• Upgraded power points, switching, and lighting layout
