HOOK W**E AND SINKER | Gathering Place

A holiday home designed to bring people together, Our Mollymook project balances relaxed coastal living with rich materiality and moments of unexpected colour.

The dining space is anchored by warm timber, woven textures and soft filtered light, with expansive glazing framing the bush beyond.

Comfortable, tactile and full of personality, it’s a space that invites you to linger just a little longer.

CITY PAD | Small Footprint, big personality.

Revisiting one of our favourite projects, City Pad — a 60sqm apartment where every surface, material and detail had to earn its place.

A material palette of blackened timber floors, crisp white kit kats, Venetian plaster and Tasmanian oak is anchored by Fibonacci Ink Blot terrazzo. Its scattered black, grey and warm fawn tones became the connector between each of the materials — graphic enough to hold its own, but subtle enough to let the space breathe.

Still one of our favourite little spaces.

INTRODUCING | HOOK, W**E + SINKER

Say hello to our newly completed project in Mollymook — designed for long lunches, sandy feet and slow mornings.

In the ensuite, deep sea-green glazed tiles wrap the room, their tonal variation shifting as light moves across the surface throughout the day. Immersive and restorative, with just the right amount of drama.

A playful take on coastal living, where colour, texture and a little escapism set the tone.

More soon.

CHEEKY CHIP | Into the blue

Warmer days call for a change of pace. Cool turquoise water meets sun-warmed stone, crisp lines and submerged steps.

Simple, sculptural and made for long afternoons in the sun.

HELLO THERE | LILY

Meet Lily — our interior designer, stylist and resident authority on where to eat and drink in Sydney (happy hour intel included). Funny, focused and endlessly capable — give it to Lily and consider it sorted.

Her eye is distinctly her own: glamorous, unexpected and always with a point of view. 🧡

CHEEKY CHIP | Green Scene

Anchoring the expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen spaces in our Avoca Beach project is a green terrazzo island, whose colour and composition informed the material palette for the entire home.

Balanced with dark timber and warm, burnished finishes, the palette feels grounded yet expressive—robust enough for everyday living, yet refined in every detail. It reminds us that the hardest-working elements of a home can also be the most beautiful, inviting moments of pause and delight in daily life.

EARTHY DELIGHT | Rest. Texture. Warmth.

Quiet moments in both the primary bedroom and study of our Avoca project.

Rich browns, pale timber and softly layered artworks create spaces that feel both grounded and restorative.

For the study, concealed within the custom joinery is a pull-down bed that transforms the room from study to guest suite when needed. Balancing practicality with a calm, uncluttered aesthetic.

CHEEKY CHIP | Stepping Stone

Rhythm. Craft. Connection. A closer look at the custom stair from our Avoca project.

Crafted from solid timber, the open risers and finely detailed batten balustrade create a sense of lightness while defining the transition between levels.

More than a circulation element, the stair acts as an architectural screen — filtering views, light and movement between the living spaces and kitchen beyond. Warm, tactile and carefully resolved.

PEACHY KEEN | Coastal Calm

A closer look at the bathrooms of our Bronte House — where everyday rituals unfold with ease.

A palette of chalky whites, weathered stone, softened brass and powder blue. Robust and familiar. Handcrafted and characterful.

Relaxed, tactile and inherently coastal.

Just like their owner.
