A newly completed dwelling house, built on multiple split levels.
The house inclusions are:
Lower levels: A guest bedroom unit, lounge, living, dining, kitchen in an open plan setting, lap pool and covered outdoor living separated by two storey glass wall.
Upper levels: Master bed unit, and four bedrooms, bathrooms, family room and a studio.
Upper most deck level contains a kitchenette, BBQ area and and an ultra size deck leading to distant panoramic waterway views.

Current Australian housing style tendency is oriented toward contemporary modern and pictorial housing designs.

This trend is not only by the choice of individual owners, but mostly by the market domination of project home companies.

We rarely witness construction of an architecturally designed houses in our residential areas.

Affordability aside, most Australian are unaware of ‘Architects’ role in design & construction process.

Therefore, it became as a normal process to just choose a house deign between all those offered by project home companies.

As a result we see many similar houses along the same road or street.

Only small number of population living in affluent areas, such as eastern suburbs, north and northern beaches in Sydney are the users of architectural services.

In an attempt to eliminate that gap, we are decided to launch ‘Architectural Housing Projects’ series; within next few months.

And with this example, a ‘neo-classic’ project house completed few years ago, we would like to showcase this as an example of our 'Neo-classic Architectural House Design Series.

This house was designed for a corner block of land; whose owner wanted to build a house based on his childhood and family memories in Europe. Therefore, the house design had to evolve around his own descriptions and specific features; such as: Elegant address-point entries, arches topped with upper widow-balconies, wrought iron balustrades inside and out, granite flooring and high ceilings.

In this project we retained and refurbished existing car garage & studio to suit new house.

While the most common style tendency of residential buildings in Australia is mostly oriented toward stylish contemporary, we noticed hidden love of many toward "European Neo-classic" style designed buildings which we also praize and carry extensive experience in its intricate details. This love tendency is more presrnt in many migrants from Eropean countries, beside many Asian and Middle-east countries, who love monumental character of neo-classic buildings.migrantsSuch as this corner block family house; designed specifically for a client with European background; who specifically wanted a design to awake his childhood memories in Europe. Therefore, this house design was evolved around specific features; such as quality external-internal features, address pont identical entries, upper widow-balconies, high quality granite flooring, high ceilings with a central light-well void .

A newly completed project home.

Set on a strategically located, small triangular corner block of land, was designed for a builder/developer; who desired a fast-track, functional and aesthetically unique, but persuasive in its robustness house... all in one.

The house was designed to be fully timber framed rapped in non-flammable cladding; rendered and painted.

The outcome was a very affordable new house with all inclusions.

It comprised of 4-bed and a guest-bed suite,, lounge, dining, family, kitchen and covered out-door sitting area; all interconnected as open plan setting.
