Deck Restoration-

Photos honestly don’t do this one justice.

This tired, weathered timber deck was brought back to life with a full clean, sand and re-oil. The difference in the timber colour and grain is unreal.

A proper restoration can completely transform an outdoor area without having to replace the deck.

15 years of old Mission Brown paint coming off this Merbau deck 👌

Today was all about stripping it back and starting the sanding process to bring the timber back to life. Tomorrow we’ll finish sanding, give it a proper deck wash, then oil it to protect and restore the natural Merbau colour.

Big transformation already underway 🔥

Another deck refresh done 👌

This one had a lot of wear and brutal uneven staining from years of weather and use. After a full sand and recoat, it’s not brand new timber , but it’s now clean, consistent, and uniform right across the whole deck while still looking fresh!

That’s the goal with restorations like this - bring it back to a solid, even finish that looks good and will last.💪

The handrail and screens turned out like they were installed yesterday 😍

Honest result, big improvement.

Fresh timber still needs the right protection — we prepped and coated this deck to enhance the natural colour and lock it in against the harsh Aussie weather.

Spotted gum comes up unreal when it’s done properly 👌

If you’ve just built a new deck, don’t leave it exposed — get it sealed right the first time.
