Danicon Group is looking for a:
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice carpenter
and a
- site foreman with a carpentry background to join our team.

We mainly do quality residential work, custom homes, duplexes, renovations and detailed building work around Sydney. This would suit someone who takes pride in their work, wants to learn properly, and is looking to grow in the building industry. The foreman role would suit a carpenter who wants to step up, run jobs properly, work with trades, and keep projects moving on site.

Good opportunity for someone who wants real experience and wants to work towards becoming a builder one day.

The team has poured and finished the concrete slab, creating the foundation for everything to come. Exciting to see this build taking shape.

We’re excited to share the first look at our newest Danicon Group project a high end, custom architecturally designed duplex on a 1,000sqm+ block.

This isn’t your standard duplex build.

We’re talking a contemporary Mediterranean façade, high end interior design, premium finishes throughout, pools on both sides, and a self contained studio / gym / pool cabana at the rear.

Every detail has been thought through from the facade, to the flooring, to the way each space will feel when you walk through it.

There are some serious show stopping features coming on this one, and we’re building it with one goal in mind:

To create something Padstow hasn’t seen before.

Suburb record? That’s what we’re aiming for.
