Stein’s Electrical is looking for one ambitious person to join our growing team and build a genuine long term career in sales.
This is not just another job. We’re looking for someone who wants to develop their confidence, communication skills and business knowledge, with the opportunity to grow into a future Sales Manager.
Full-Time | $56,000 + Super + Performance Bonus
No previous sales experience is required. We’re hiring based on attitude, character and work ethic.
The role will involve:
⚡ Door knocking and generating new leads
⚡ Making outbound calls and following up customers
⚡ Following up new leads and potential customers
⚡ Building relationships with homeowners and businesses
⚡ Representing the Stein’s Electrical brand professionally
You’ll work directly alongside the business owner and receive ongoing coaching and mentoring in sales, communication, negotiation, customer service and business development.
We’re looking for someone who is:

There is genuine career progression available, with the goal of developing the successful applicant into a future Sales Manager as the business continues to grow.
Applicants must have a current Australian driver licence, their own reliable vehicle and be comfortable prospecting throughout Sydney.
