MEET OUR TEAM!

This is our General Manager, David McDonald! He has 25 years experience as Regional Manager and General Manager in the Roofing, Plumbing and Electrical Industries on both sides of the Tasman. He’s been with us for more than 18 months now, but the relationships he’s built with the team and the customers is second-to-none.

He oversees the day-to-day running of as well as in New Zealand, leading the Sales Managers and Branch Managers as well as liaising with customers at a National level.

With his wife of 23 years Pam and his two kids, Lachlan and Kate—he lives on the Gold Coast and loves his sport; supporting the Broncos, Hawkes and All Blacks. His role normally requires plenty of travel but hasn’t ventured too far recently, but tends not to venture far from home on the weekends but is known to spend a day at the races from time to time

MEET OUR TEAM!

This is Hayden Evans, our National Sales Manager for the Industrial side of the business. He’s been with us for over a year now and has been helping with the set up of new sites (most recently our Altona site), training up new Sales staff and helping out customers with their queries daily. He has over 15 years of experience in the Wholesale Plumbing Industry across sales positions.

When he’s got free time, Hayden plays guitar and sings at weddings and parties and has been doing so for 15 years. He also assists at his local football club, loves socialising and spending time with his partner Laura and his two kids Lacey and Lola.

MEET OUR TEAM!

This is Jason Wilton, our National Merchant Sales Manager. Having previously been a Sales Rep for 7 years, Jason has since taken on his current role and has been doing so for 3 years. On a daily basis, he maintains our major Accounts, builds relationships with new and current members as well as managing his team of Sales Reps. He enjoys working alongside staff members and seeing the business grow over the time he has been a part of the LBP team and takes pride in seeing his team develop their skills.

He enjoys all things cricket; having represented his State in Indoor Cricket at a National Level for the past 14 years. He also loves his NRL and AFL – but above all else, spending time with his two kids.

This is Judy Stagg, another new member of our growing team based at our Melbourne branch. Judy joins us as our newest Merchant Sales rep but comes with 18 years of experience in both the Domestic and Commercial Roofing and Plumbing Industries.

Daily, Judy has been calling on any current and potential customers around Southern NSW as well as Regional Victoria – she takes pride in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and looks forward to any challenges along the way.

Living near the Murray River, Judy enjoys the sunny and relaxed lifestyle: great eateries, wineries and river cruises. Being a fan of Boating and V8 cars, she also enjoys taking her classic cars for a scenic drive on the weekend.

This is Matthew Williams, our newest team member and Merchant Sales Representative; joining us with 19 years of experience in the Wholesale Plumbing Industry in both and . Since starting in January, Matt has been calling our current and potential customers within his region to assist them with any advise or technical enquiries they might need. He is based at our Brisbane Branch.

He enjoys all sports: cricket and rugby league especially – and supports the . He and his wife love going down to the beach on the weekend with their two dogs to relax.

Matt was originally from New Zealand, having made the move to Australia in 2013 with his wife to get away from the earthquakes. A seasoned traveler, he has also been to , and - but loves going back to New Zealand to spend time with friends and family the most.
