Water damage to ceilings, floorboards and walls in a Laser Clinic shop in Marrickville. This was a case of a burst bidet spray seeping through the crevices overnight. Unfortunately the unit above the Laser Clinic was vacant due to the residents being away on holidays.

After a dye test, water gauge test & leak detection test we quickly identified what caused the damage to the Laser Clinic, we shut off the water meter, completely removed the bidet spray & replaced the existing chrome mini tap with a new one.

Reminder to always check for signs of damaged or rusty flexible hoses, bidet sprays or constantly leaking taps & call a licensed plumber at Sydney’s Best Plumbing.

Our plumbing team was contacted about removing an existing dual tap system that consisted of three parts in the assembly, the two taps and the spout & replacing it with a single flick kitchen/laundry mixer.
We then deleted the old tap assembly by removing the old breach piece, capping off the 1/2 plastic PEX water pipes and installing hot and cold mini taps with flexible hoses to work with the new flick mixer tap. This type of tap set up is perfect for elderly people to use or even homes with young children as they are easier to use & can control the water temperature a lot more efficiently.

If you have dual taps set up in your kitchen or laundry you can have these removed by a licensed plumber at Sydney’s Best Plumbing and replaced with single mixer units.

After receiving a call from one of our friendly customers saying there’s constant water coming out of their front column.
Upon arrival we quickly identified that there is a burst water pipe beneath the driveway. Once the pipe was located and exposed we were able to weld a new piece of copper fixing the burst pipe.

Burst water pipes are one of the most common plumbing problems among commercial and residential owners. It can cause a lot of household inconveniences so this requires immediate attention and repair.
