We have laid the new compressed cement sheeting ready for the waterproofing and tiling. And the plumbing and electrical is happening today. Been a busy week but going to look amazing.

Customer had complained about a sink hole near the garage. And water with the recent rain causing flooding inside. Attending the job and finishing that the stormwater connection had never been done correctly and finding pipework just pushed together. Replacing the damaged section and supporting the new pipework the new system got a very heavy test the day after with more heavy storns.

Joel plumbing has been busy this week. The team had a burst water pipe between the external brick cavity of a home. The pipe had been rubbing on the brick over time and wore through the external of the copper. Using accurate pipe location and experience the team was able to find and fix the leak and only needed to cut out a small hole inside the home which was then patched and repaired.

This week Joel plumbing had to find a leak that was intermittent. After attending site to find water flooding in to a unit, we had to work our way up through the building to find the leak. Looking at the plans of the building and using CCTV to camera the plumbing ducts we found the sewer leaking in behind the tiled wall. Cutting out the tiles and brick wall, replacing the broken junction on the live sewer line, bricking it back up and finishing it off with tiles and grout.
