When developing a future garden concept, we don’t create only static renders. We also produce videos.

Because a garden is not experienced as a single image. It reveals itself through movement — as you walk through the space, as perspectives shift, layers unfold, and the atmosphere changes from one viewpoint to another.

This helps future garden owners experience the project in a more realistic way, long before construction begins.

For us, it is also an important part of the dialogue between client and designer. It allows us to create a clearer shared vision of the future garden, align expectations more precisely, and bring the final result closer to what was imagined from the beginning.

Even a small backyard can become a space that transforms the way you feel.

In a Japanese-inspired garden, it’s not about size, but about depth of composition, layered scenery, perspective, and the feeling of a living landscape. Every element is carefully arranged so the garden gradually reveals itself — from inside the home, from the terrace, and while moving through the space.

This is how a garden becomes more than landscaping. It becomes a living picture that fills the interior with atmosphere, brings a sense of calm and inspiration, and creates a place to truly disconnect from the pace of the city.

Some gardens reveal themselves slowly.

From the narrow passage along the house, the space opens into a quiet landscape scene of stone, water and layered greenery.

One year after completion, the garden has already grown into its atmosphere.

A narrow service passage. Retaining walls. Deep shade. No usable garden space.

This was the starting point.

Four retaining levels, almost no direct sun, and a steep slope — the challenge was not to decorate the space, but to create depth and atmosphere where none existed.

Inspired by rainforest landscapes, we built vertical structures that imitate tree trunks and allow plants to grow upward instead of only outward.

Today this transitional zone feels like a hidden garden — layered, alive, and constantly changing with light and moisture.

Even a small garden can change the way you feel at home.

A vertical waterfall, a quiet shallow pond, the sound of moving water between natural stone — simple elements that bring movement, depth and calm into a space. Nature doesn’t need to be large to be powerful. Sometimes a few square metres are enough to create a moment of pause.

In busy everyday life, having a place where you can slow down, reset and breathe becomes a real luxury. A garden is not only about appearance — it’s about how you feel when you step into it.

Water has a unique way of grounding us. And that feeling is what we design for.

"The Drop” Garden

This garden is inspired by the physics of water.
The moment a drop touches a calm surface — and ripples begin to spread.

In this project, sculptural niwaki became the symbolic “drops.”
Their placement sets the rhythm of the space and guides the landscape outward through relief, planting, and scale.

Each level reveals the garden differently, creating depth, perspective, and a quiet sense of movement.
A natural phenomenon translated into a calm, architectural landscape.

To capture the garden as it is perceived in real space, we use a low shooting point — at the eye level of a seated viewer.

This perspective reveals the volume, depth, perspective lines and composition.

And in this case, Valeria accidentally became another element of the foreground — almost like an extra flower in the garden.

In a way, gardens are like living beings for us.
You create them, take care of them, and then watch how they change and grow over time.

This garden is already two years old.
The ficus has gradually covered the wall, the monsteras have grown larger, sending out their aerial roots — and the space has become denser, deeper, more alive.
That natural, slightly wild garden feeling appears — something you can never achieve on the day the project is finished.

It’s always interesting to return to such projects and see not the “starting result,” but the life of the garden over time.

This part of the slope used to be a forgotten corner of the garden.
A space you would walk past without noticing.

We transformed it into a compact rainforest — shaping the terrain, choosing shade-loving species and creating the moisture and depth this place needed to come alive.

Now the owners walk past it every day and feel the difference.
The garden draws the eye, slows the pace, and quietly becomes part of their daily rhythm.

This Japanese-style garden is a living picture created to be viewed from the office window.

The composition is built like a piece of art: the foreground forms the main accent, the middle ground adds depth, and the background creates a sense of space. Instead of paint, it uses water, stone, and plants. The window becomes the frame.

The foreground is carefully crafted: a cascading waterfall over natural stone, green moss-covered boulders, and ground-cover plants that tie the whole composition together. Water moves — and the picture comes to life. Tree branches sway in the wind — and the visual rhythm changes every moment.

The philosophy of this garden lies in the balance of emptiness and fullness, stillness and movement. In the natural character of materials, the restraint of lines, and the thoughtfulness of every detail. This is a space where nature becomes part of everyday life and helps maintain inner balance.

Landscape design for those who value nature and art.
