Not one, but two! Both our founders, the fabulous Stu and Sal, have been named in the 2026 Australian Bartender Top 100 Most Influential List.

It’s not every day you see individuals from marketing agencies recognised on lists like this, so hats off to our leading lady SALLY LEWIS, for truly being a champion of the hospo and drinks space. Yes, Stu, you’re great too!

We’re very proud of these two, even if they do raise the median age of the list by a few years. Shout-out, of course, to all our incredible clients and hospo friends who were listed — you’re all legends.

Suntory Bar is back for its third year — this time as Suntory House at the much-loved sakurahousesydney. From 31 July to 3 October, Suntory House is bringing a taste of Tokyo’s after-work drinking culture to Sydney, with great food, cocktails, music and good times.

Liquid is proud to bring Suntory’s temporary Sydney home to life — from finding our amazing partner, styling the venue, supporting on the menu (tough gig) and getting people through the doors. We kicked things off last night with an intimate launch event, welcoming an incredible mix of guests to be the first to find out what’s on offer this year.

Be sure to head in and experience Japanese hospitality at its finest. Kanpai!

As part of Prefecture 48’s new winter programme, FIVE at Prefecture 48 has been reimagined as a produce-led Japanese restaurant under Head Chef Hiroshi Manaka - a menu rooted in wabi-sabi ethos, built around produce at its peak.

We invited a table of media and KOLs to be among the first to taste it at an intimate dinner where the new menu did all the talking.

From a beloved Norton Street institution to a 300-seat stunner in The Rocks, it’s been quite a busy few months.

Since 1999, Grappa Ristorante e Bar has been feeding Sydney with old-school Italian hospitality, handmade pasta and a grappa for every occasion. When Charlie and Virginie were ready to take their next biggest swing, we were honoured to be given a seat at the table.

The order; Launch GRAPPA at The Rocks on socials and into the media, while still keeping the love for their iconic Leichhardt home. Swipe through for a taste of the work we achieved together.
