PROJECT COMPLETE | Kingswood Public School

We’re proud to have successfully delivered the Kingswood Public School upgrade for School Infrastructure NSW.

The project has delivered eight new permanent General Learning Spaces, two Multi-Purpose Spaces and two Learning Common Rooms, creating modern, flexible environments designed to support contemporary teaching and collaborative learning.

The works also included new covered walkways, landscaping and upgrades to existing learning spaces, enhancing accessibility and connectivity across the school.

A big thank you to our subcontractors, consultants and the entire Belmadar team for their contribution to the successful delivery of the project.

As our first project with School Infrastructure NSW, we’re particularly proud of what has been achieved and look forward to continuing to build on this relationship.

A first for Belmadar, and hopefully the first of many. ⛷️❄️

Last weekend, our team headed to Thredbo for Belmadar's first-ever snow trip. It was a chance to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy the mountains, and spend quality time together outside the office and site.

From first-timers finding their feet to seasoned skiers hitting the slopes, the weekend was filled with plenty of laughs, fresh snow, and unforgettable memories.

At Belmadar, we believe great teams are built through shared experiences. Investing in our people and creating opportunities to connect is just as important as delivering great projects.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the weekend such a success. Here's to the first of many team adventures.

🏃‍♂️💚 Belmadar is proud to be taking on City2Surf 2026 in support of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.

This year, our team is stepping up to make every kilometre count, raising funds to support life-changing blood cancer research.

For our Managing Director, Alf Marrocco, this cause is deeply personal. He lost his father, Domenico, to Acute Myeloid Leukaemia in 2015. Since then, supporting the Garvan Institute's research has become a meaningful way for the Belmadar team to honour his legacy and help create a future where fewer families experience the same loss.

Together, we're aiming to raise $70,000, with 100% of donations going directly towards groundbreaking medical research to improve treatments, increase survival rates and, ultimately, find a cure for blood cancers.

We're excited to be nearing completion of the Willoughby Leisure Centre and were pleased to welcome NSW Member for Willoughby Tim James MP, Mayor Tanya Taylor, and Willoughby City Council General Manager Hugh Phemister for a site visit this week, alongside Belmadar Managing Director Alfredo Marrocco.

It was a great opportunity to showcase the progress on this fantastic community facility and to share how the project is coming together ahead of completion.

At Belmadar, we're proud to be delivering projects that create lasting value for local communities, and the Willoughby Leisure Centre is no exception. We look forward to handing over a facility that will be enjoyed by residents for many years to come.

We are delighted to announce that Belmadar has been appointed to deliver The King's School Pool & Grandstand Redevelopment.

This Design and Construct project will redevelop the school's aquatic facilities, delivering a new Olympic-sized 10-lane swimming pool, a grandstand featuring a striking timber roof structure, a new pool plant room, and associated infrastructure, following the demolition of the existing facilities and the completion of remediation works.

Delivered within a live educational environment, the project highlights Belmadar's expertise in delivering complex education and aquatic infrastructure projects, underpinned by a strong focus on safety, collaboration and quality.

We thank The King's School for placing their trust in Belmadar and look forward to partnering with the project team to deliver another outstanding outcome.
