Thirty years after first opening its doors, Willoughby Leisure Centre has a new lease on life!

Belmadar is proud to have delivered a major transformation of the pool hall, breathing new life into this much-loved community facility.

The redevelopment includes three brand-new pools, a sauna, spa, and significant improvements to accessibility and sustainability, all while carefully preserving the original steel roof beams that have been part of the building's history for three decades.

We are delighted to have helped deliver this revitalised space for the Willoughby community to enjoy for generations to come.

Belmadar is pleased to announce the award of the F07 Carslaw Retail Precinct project for The University of Sydney.

The project will see the renovation and redevelopment of the Carslaw Building retail precinct, delivering new and upgraded retail spaces, courtyard and undercroft areas, along with extensive services upgrades.

This win builds on our ongoing relationship with The University of Sydney.
We look forward to commencing works in November and delivering another great project on campus.

Recently, members of the Belmadar team attended Connector Training through MATES in Construction. The training provided practical tools and greater confidence to recognise when a mate may be struggling and connect them with professional support.

Willoughby Leisure Centre | Project Visit

This week, our Managing Director, Alfredo Marrocco, joined Federal Member Nicolette Boele and Willoughby City Council CEO Hugh Phemister at the Willoughby Leisure Centre as the project nears completion.

It was a great opportunity to walk through the facility and see the transformation firsthand.

As we approach the final stages, we’re proud to be delivering on our mission of Building a legacy for future generations, creating a facility that will serve the Willoughby community for many years to come.

Making a Splash at Willoughby!

A couple of weeks ago, the Belmadar team swapped the site boots for swimmers and made the most of the newly completed pools at Willoughby Leisure Centre.

After all the hard work that has gone into delivering this project, it was great to bring the team together and experience the finished facility from a completely different perspective.

A well-earned afternoon for the team and a great way to celebrate another milestone at Willoughby.
