As part of our gardener improvements team, Chase loves the fresh air and being outdoors each day.

His favourite type of project is hedging, where attention to detail and shaping work really come together.

Outside of work, Chase keeps busy playing basketball and soccer, along with spending time gaming, painting miniatures, and getting involved in all things nerd culture, including Dungeons & Dragons.

And if he wasn’t doing this? He’d most likely be working in ecology… or welding.

Meet Brooke TOSL Operations Manager 👋

As Operations Manager, Brooke loves that no two days ever look the same. The constantly changing landscape of projects, people, and outdoor spaces is what keeps the role exciting.

His favourite projects are the ones where you can truly watch the original vision come to life and mature beyond expectations over time.

On weekends, Brooke is usually cheering on his kids at sport, tending to his own garden, fitting in a game of tennis, or heading off on a bush walk.

And if he wasn’t doing this? He’d hopefully be relaxing somewhere by a beach in Fiji!

Apprentice Landscape Construction

As part of our construction team, Zac enjoys the physical side of working outdoors and being hands-on on site each day.

He’s currently learning more about pool plumbing and enjoys building his skills across different areas of landscape construction.

Outside of work, Zac spends his weekends catching up with mates, playing sport on Saturdays, and keeping busy.

And if he wasn’t doing this? You’d probably find him working on cars alongside his dad.

Ben enjoys the collaborative side of the job most, working closely with the team and seeing projects evolve and improve over time.

He has a particular interest in formal pruning, along with improving overall plant and lawn health to keep gardens looking their best year-round.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys slowing things down and relaxing when he can, although you’ll often find him hiking or bushwalking whenever the opportunity comes up.

Aaron is part of our maintenance team, working across a wide range of gardens and outdoor spaces. He enjoys being surrounded by interesting landscapes and architecture, while getting the benefits of fresh air and hands-on work each day.

A mix of strata and residential projects keeps things varied, with each job bringing a new challenge.

On the weekends, you’ll find Aaron either relaxing, at the gym, or immersed in the live music scene, watching or playing in bands.

And if he wasn’t doing this? Probably touring with a band… or casually working for NASA on satellites in his spare time!
