Client wanted a backyard they could actually use all year, not just a few months of it.

So we gave them shade when it's hot and cover when it's not.

There was already a concrete slab sitting out the back doing nothing.

So we put an attached insulated patio straight over it.

No need to touch the existing base.

Shade when it's hot, cover when it rains, lights so it still works after dark. The slab finally gets used.
