A severe rising damp issue in this home’s entrance hall created a major challenge for the painting contractors. External waterproofing was not possible, as ground levels and paved areas had been built above the original damp course.

After a full assessment, the recommended solution included:

✔️ Removing the existing render back to the brick substrate
✔️ Applying two coats of DRIZORO MAXSEAL FLEX-M
✔️ Re-rendering and repainting the affected area

The result was a durable waterproofing solution designed to help protect the property from ongoing moisture damage.
