Hi Team,
As from tomorrow the 18th of October-28th of October we will overseas on a family holiday in Abu Dhabi for 10 days. We are meeting up with Michelle’s family from the UK for a well earned family break.
We are still operational during this time. My dad Les will have my phone and also his own.

Another 2 bathrooms completed, this one in Liberty grove, this was both and Ensuite and main bathroom. One wall hung vanity, the other freestanding, bath, bath shower mixer diverter etc. only shower screen and bath screen to go in, also mirrors above the vanities. Looks good. Nice tile selection from the owners.❤️💪💧

Another bathroom renovation in Newington. Just the shower screen, mirror etc to go up. Looks great. Wall hung vanity, freestanding bath etc. we think it looks great. ❤️💧👍💪

Another complete hot water system change over for a block of units in Newington.
We removed 2 x 325ltr gas tanks and installed new system, only requiring one tank, with instantaneous piggy back.
So much more economical.
This was a block of 12 units.
Looks great and will save the strata a lot of money over the coming years. 👍💪👌💧🩸🩸

Big sewer dig up completed in Newington. We had to hand dig down to inlet pipe. After removing concrete etc in the driveway we got to the problem, cut out and replaced. We were lucky enough to sort out the stormwater problem at the same time. All backfilled, like we were never there.

Another bathroom completed in Newington. Worked out great. Only shower screen and mirrors to go up. Owner chose a lovely tile combination. Again our tiler is bang on. Double vanity makes it a winner.😊👌💪

After long hours and weeks setting up the Easter show plumbing I finally got a day off!!!
To work for myself fitting out a bathroom. Haha.
Wall hung vanity, recessed vanity cabinet etc. only shower screen and towel and toilet roll holders to go in.
Another successful job. Huge thanks to the owners for waiting while I was at the show. I’ve got the best tiler in Australia, his work is second to none. Also we aren’t too bad either.💪👌👌

For those in Newington and possibly Wentworth point, there has been an outage at the water recycling plant. Therefore no water to your toilets or outside garden taps. SOPA are aware of the problem. No ETA on when it will be fixed. Hopefully by lunchtime.
Already received about 30 phone calls this morning. Haha. Must be a popular guy.
If you need to use the toilet, use it and just tip a bucket of fresh water down to flush.
Any post issues with toilets etc let me know.👍👍👍👍

New commercial hot water change over in Newington apartment block. 27 units. This is the way of the future. Includes 2 x instantaneous tanks piggy backed on 2 x 315L storage tanks.
Removal of old Raypak and storage tank set up and fully overhauled with new twin pack 1150 Thermann set up. Will save the building huge on running costs.
Job is smick. We look after a large number of buildings in Newington and will be recommending these set ups in the future.👌💪😎😎
