It’s all coming together at our Eastlakes project.

The cabinetry and island bench are now in, with the stone benchtop set to be installed over the next two weeks. Another big step towards bringing this home together!

Our commercial kitchen fit out in Hamlyn Terrace is now complete.

Delivering a project like this on a live site, within a condensed five-week program, required careful planning / coordination and ex*****on.

We’re proud to have now handed the project over to our client on time and on budget.

We’ve reached some major milestones at our Eastlakes project with the scaffolding now down, plastering complete, and all wall and floor tiling finished.

More recently, our joinery installation has kicked off, flooring is now underway, and the remaining joinery will be supplied and installed over the coming weeks.

We’re getting closer to the finish line, and we can’t wait to show you the completed home.

Our full office and factory fit-out is underway for in Smithfield.

This project includes the construction of three private offices, a board room, large collaborative workspace, a serviceman’s workshop, lunch rooms and more.

The goal? Future proof the Caslec team for many years to come.

Our commercial kitchen fit-out in Hamlyn Terrace is taking place within an operational aged care facility, so we’re working hard every day to meet deadlines.

So far, we’ve demolished and installed a new range hood, combi oven, cool room and freezer. We’ve also completed the full floor demo, with a new epoxy floor finish to come.

We know every delay costs time and money. That’s why we schedule our trades at least 4 weeks in advance.

Proper planning and contingency management is what separates jobs that finish on time, from jobs that blow out.
