More and more of our customers are asking about whole-home filtration.

This one went in at a Randwick home today, the perfect full stop to their recent renovation. It’s a Puretec FilterWall F Series that sits on the mains before the water reaches the house, so it reduces chlorine, sediment, PFAS (forever chemicals) and the impact of scale at every tap.

The install takes just a few hours on site, and after that it’s a cartridge change once a year.

A mysterious wet patch on the side of an apartment building in Coogee.

Water always comes from somewhere. We traced this one back to a burst pipe sitting inside the wall cavity, a full storey above where the water was showing up on the ground.

Find it first, open up only what you have to, fix it properly. Copper cut out, new section welded in, and the water back on.

If you look after a strata building and there is a damp patch nobody can explain, get it looked at before it turns into a much bigger repair. Norton Plumbing runs annual maintenance programs and inspections for strata properties right across the Eastern Suburbs.

Adam fitted this Puretec PureMix Z7 under-sink filter in Coogee this week. It plumbs into the existing mixer, so there’s no extra tap on the bench and nothing to clutter the kitchen. Just cleaner, better smelling and tasting water.

Another Whole-home filtration system installed today, this time in Bondi. These Puretec filters remove up to 98% of chlorine from Sydney’s mains water, as well as sediment and PFAS (forever chemicals) through a three-stage filter process.
