Our European woodfired ovens allow you to create the ultimate outdoor dining experience, making entertainment easy and right at your door step. Our ovens are designed for optimum heat retention to ensure best performance during slow cooking. Our team hand makes each oven to ensure a consistent product for each order. We only use natural earthy materials from the construction phase to the finishing

stages of the dome to ensure a healthy and organic finish to your meals. Each oven is made from fired brick cooked for 1350 degrees, with a layer of insulation designed to allow heat to collect within the dome, keeping the oven warm for up to 20 hours after cooking is finished. Our ovens are made in Portugal, with custom makes designed and manufactured in Australia. Both makes use the highest quality materials for best results. The ovens are available in various sizes and can be made according to your requirements and specifications.
