Unspoken Pathways, 2023 ©Ningjada 15x18" softbPaatelnof Texturized Watercolour Pad.

Rising from earth and time, shaped by memory rather than form. Two breaths meet in the quiet — worlds brushing, almost touching. A green-gold current moves like a living thread, a presence felt in the body, not the eyes. Not a face, but a being — held in colour, texture, and light, fading gently into the place where only the heart can follow.

Breathwork , Dec 5, 2025 ©Ningjada . Soft Pastel on A3 Watercolour Pad. Morning Reflection Study - This soft pastel study is one of my strongest morning works because it achieves three things simultaneously - cohesive colour choreography, emotional linework and a narrative of becoming.

In these four small windows, I follow the movement of feeling as it rises, shifts, and dissolves. The colours come first — earth ochres, ember reds, and soft yellows — and they guide my hand into something like a dance. Each mark holds a breath of emotion, a trace of memory, a moment of surrender.

This study is not about form, but about the sensation of becoming — the way colour can pulse like a heartbeat and lines can echo the quiet tremors of the inner world. It is a conversation between intuition and gesture, a morning ritual where I allow myself to feel without explanation.

A narrative unfolds across the panels: subtle, raw, alive.
