Miranda Community Garden The MCG is a true community garden welcome to all who would like to be a member. Every member participates in variety of tasks for young and young at heart.

We grow and share our own fruits, veggies, flowers, we love sharing ideas & having fun. Located at Gymea Miranda Uniting Church, 15 Central Road, Miranda next to Coles Miranda, the aims of the Miranda Community Garden are to connect with enthusiastic likeminded people; to share gardening knowledge and ideas; to have fun and help each other; and, last but not least, to grow fresh vegetables, fruit

, etc in a sustainable way.
· Gardening takes place every Wednesday and Saturday morning commencing at about 9 am.
· All interested people are invited to get involved.

What’s happening around the garden. We had our May Monthly meeting, started harvesting radishes, peas, carrots, eggplants, late season tomatoes and our first cauliflower! 🥕🫜🫛

Thank you to the amazing Murray who as a Duke of Ed volunteer has been helping immensely, he prepared a whole garden bed for potatoes 🙌

Absolutely beautiful day, from Dawn Service to sowing seeds. We had a great harvest of sweet potatoes.

This basket is the harvest from one bed sown over six months ago. It is a patient wait, but very much looked forward to, as members share in taking home a couple each for dinner.
