Welcome to Eastern Pacific’s Schofields Compound.
Three lunch rooms. Two site staff rooms and one bathroom. What more could you want?
The boys like to keep a clean, safe and happy environment on site.
It ensures a positive work flow and it’s the first visual you see when entering the Schofields site, setting a high standard for the work that comes through.

Always make a total effort, even when the odds are against you.
This definitely sums up the work ethic of Michael, affectionately known as Uncle Mick.
He is an asset to our company, he always gives it his all, tackling his tasks irrespective of any condition.
Eastern Pacific is so proud and to have this man in our team. An example of impeccable workman ship, that money could never buy.
Here’s to hard work, sweat and mud all wrapped into one. We value our team beyond words.

Dunedoo and Coolah are approx. 330KM’s & 350KM’s from our comfortable home in the Parramatta.
In February 2017, the ‘Sir Ivan Bushfire’ ripped and scorched 55,000 hectares of land around Dunedoo and Coolah (NSW).
We reached out to Rural Aid to help families who had suffered and what we learnt & experienced left an arcane impression on us.
We completed the rebuilding of sheds for two families of farmers, who hosted our stay.
Our contribution was not nearly enough to what these farmers need and deserve.
I urge anyone wishing to aid other Australians in similar circumstance to contact Rural Aid
https://www.ruralaid.org.au/
We’ll will be back out in the field soon!

Did you know that we have one of the most intelligent online databases of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants!
Thanks to a prequalification module that is hardwired to our intranets database, we conduct hard searches that range from names and services to government or EBA approved subcontractors.
Do you provide any construction or development based services that would have mutual benefits to both us and your organisation?

What is a Transfer Slab?
In order to transfer the massive load of a multi story structure/building, a Transfer Slab is required.
The reason for a Transfer Slab, is that it allows the distribution of the loads from the upper levels into the supporting piles or retaining walls.
Essentially, it evenly spreads the weight and to ensure support.
This action is currently being undertaken at our Moorebank project.
It has required a total of 40 tonnes of reinforcement and over 170m3 of concrete.
The Transfer Slab is one of the most important and complex stages in the lifespan of a project.

Just a casual day in the office, getting ready for the lights, the camera, the action and all the glory.
Rami, the handsome devil, prepping for our interview with our Construction Management System, ‘Procore’, coming in all the way from sunny California.
He took their breath away, none the less.

In honor of International Women’s Day 2018, we’re celebrating one of history’s famous female engineers Emily Warren Roebling.
She was a driving pioneer in the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge.
Dedicated to it’s development, she spent 11 years tirelessly constructing one of the most monumental sites in history.
As David McCullough wrote “The most monumental engineering triumph of the age, was actually the doing of a woman”
