Sourdough reveal! How good does it look?!

We love baking sourdough bread here

Here's our recipe:
- 500g bread flour
- 350ml filtered water
- 200g sourdough starter
- 10g salt

I've been a bit quiet on socials lately. Here is a bunch of stuff I've been up to.

- tidying up beds for Spring
- catching swarms
- eating Atherton raspberries
- harvesting honey
- baking sourdough bread
- restocking our honey
- assembling nuc boxes
- recapturing a swarm over and over again
- admiring paper daisies
- kicking a broody chook off eggs every morning

I try to take photos everytime I'm doing something in the garden or cooking but my entire camera roll is still my kids. Goes to show, you can cram alot of stuff into your life and still raise a family. It's a privilege to be able to spend so much time with them 💚🥹

One day, when I am better organised, ill go back to filming and posting reels. Until then, here's the stuff in between photos of the fam 📷
