Fairlight update. Bearers and Joists installed to rear addition. Floor joists installed to part of 1st floor. The owners want to keep the original ceilings so we are building the floor joists whilst the original roof is still up. We will be removing the roof tiles and roof structure shortly and complete the floor as quickly as we can .cr

Thank you to and Andy for giving us the opportunity to literally work side by side with you on your . From buying your home in October last year and with only 2 opportunities to see your home and then signing the quote and contract all before Xmas. Add a start date one day after your settlement in January and somehow we made it all work.
Thank you for your patience and help during the works and hope you are happy with your finished home. A big thank you to Preston and who did an amazing job on your home. Also thank you to .aus Plumbing and all our other suppliers and tradesman

Fairlight home update. Construction of OSD tank at rear of home. New sub floor brick walls and piers. Ready for our next stage of works .property

Demolition done and dusted. Well almost done, still some bits and pieces to be removed. We are ready to start building.
