Working with Kyko Group at 99 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, we built upon the established design language from our previous fitouts within the building to create speculative suites that feel naturally connected to the wider workplace experience.

A refined palette of warm timber, brass accents and acoustic panelling brings warmth, sophistication and consistency throughout the spaces, ensuring each tenancy feels premium while remaining flexible enough to suit a diverse range of future occupants.

When your client builds high-end homes for a living, they know what good looks like.

Mazzei has built its reputation on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. As the business continues to grow, they wanted a workplace that carried the same considered approach into their own working environment.

Working alongside Made For, we brought the design intent through to completion in just 12 weeks, with detailed joinery, integrated lighting and a refined material palette carried consistently from the front of house through to the meeting spaces.

Following the success of our previous speculative suites at 99 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, we partnered with Kyko once again to create a new collection of premium workplace tenancies designed to strengthen the building’s leasing appeal.

Building on the existing design language, the new suites feature warm timber tones, brass detailing and acoustic panelling, creating a consistent experience throughout the building.

The spaces are sophisticated, flexible and ready to welcome a wide range of future tenants.

Bringing multiple teams together under one roof takes more than a new workplace. It takes a shared vision ✨

For Dexion Victoria’s headquarters, the goal was to create a workplace that would bring together the Dexion team, their Automated Storage Solutions branch and National Make Good Solutions team while strengthening culture, collaboration and connection.

Designed around the principles of warmth, texture and belonging, the space was created to feel like a “home away from home” for employees and a destination for future talent.

A milestone moment for our long-standing partnership with Savills Investment Management ✨

What began with the refurbishment of the first 3 tenancies across half a floor in Mascot has progressively evolved over time, as we continued delivering new workplace spaces with each successful lease.

Now, with the two final tenancies officially leased, it marks the completion of a full-floor transformation designed to attract and support modern businesses.

It’s been a rewarding journey helping shape a workplace level that balances flexibility, functionality and strong design appeal throughout every stage.
