Here we used 140mm Spotted Gum decking boards.
You cant beat the beautiful features of hardwood that’s for sure!

Loftus Reno-
What a transformation this one was!
25 tonne of bricks were removed to create useable spaces and a more functional floor plan.
We managed to create 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bathrooms and a huge living area.
A new deck and pergola compliments the new kitchen, dining and living areas.

Rhiannon and Ev’s deck, we managed to delete a few posts by upgrading the pergola beams on the existing pergola.
Wrap around stairs on the new deck seemlessly integrates the deck with the backyard and looks amazing!

Peter and Faye’s recently completed 2 bedroom Grannyflat at Gymea Bay, it’s very well hidden amongst the trees. We managed to remove the original hardwood powerpole and it dressed up beautifully as a feature for the entrance.
With polished concrete floors throughout, it looks amazing.

Myrtle St Loftus Project-
Linda and Craig’s extension and renovation included a new living room and garage, also a yoga and sewing room with north facing highlight windows.
We also replaced all the other windows and cladding with Scyon Stria to the entire house.
A great sized undercover deck leads onto a beautifully landscaped garden and plunge pool, it’s resort style living!

St George Cranes giving us a hand to install Structural Steel at our 8th Ave Project in Loftus. Beam size is a 360 UB 57 at over 8m long, it will enable us to achieve a nice open floor plan for our customers.👌
