This marks our eighth project with our long term partner Equinix, Inc., showcasing the strength of our long-term partnership and commitment to cooperative contracting.

The Erilyan GenesisCare Campbelltown – Macarthur Stage 1 team have won the Excellence in Sustainability Commercial award at the 2024 Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards NSW. This four-storey purpose-built cancer care centre has marked an impressive milestone in sustainable health infrastructure, aiming to achieve a 6-star green star rating.

Ian brings with him over 20 years of professional design experience in complex critical infrastructure, further strengthening the businesses in house capabilities and technical expertise in the delivery of data centres and mission critical facilities.

We are looking forward to having Ian enhance our collaborative approach throughout the lifecycle of projects, with a specific focus on ECI and innovative design solutions driving efficiency and certainty for our clients.

Erilyan partnered with GenesisCare and Dexus to build the first comprehensive radiation therapy centre in Noosa Shire. Last week, we attended the successful grand opening of the facility, which will offer advanced radiation therapy, allied health support, and clinical trials to 500 patients in the local community per year.

Thank you to our subcontractors for driving the success of this project. We are proud to share that 94% of our subcontractors were from Noosa and the Sunshine Coast regions.

Check out our recently completed refurbishment in Artarmon for Avant Dental & Salt interiors. Completed in 6 months, the transformation included a complete façade and external awning upgrade, Roof Replacement with incorporation of a new plant deck and Rooftop Solar System. The Internal fitout features work spaces which take advantage of the natural light, State of the art Lab facilities, meeting, Social spaces and function rooms. The Ground floor integrates a state of the art Joinery Workshop including Basement Epoxy & Line Marking, Waterproofing, Stormwater Drainage Upgrade.
