🌳 Do you have a tree root problem too? 🌳
Recently we were called out to a job to do a simple high pressure water jet blast clean of the stormwater line due to the owner noticing that there was no water going down their stormwater drains.
Unfortunately we were unable to get through the very solid blockage after 2 hours of jet blasting.
We made the decision together to find where the stormwater piping was blocked, and dig it up and replace the piping.
We used our CCTV in-pipe camera to inspect the pipe line to find the tree roots.
We then proceeded to use our locator the find the end of the camera where the tree roots started from and the depth of the pipe which was a whole 1.2m deep which needed to be hand dug because of so many other services in the vicinity of the pipe!
The pipe was then cut out and replaced, and the line was cleaned out from all roots which blocked the pipe and performed an inspection with our CCTV in-pipe camera to ensure all the roots were out and the line was completely clear.
And when the job is done, we’re always sure to backfill and clean up after ourselves to ensure a job well done and a happy client!
