We’re thrilled to share that Darling Point Apartment has been shortlisted in the 2026 Houses Awards — Apartment or Unit category.

This was a project about transformation — opening up the plan, amplifying natural light, and reconnecting the apartment to its extraordinary harbour setting.

Every space now looks outward, capturing sweeping views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city skyline, while creating a calm and highly functional place to live.

Grateful to our collaborators and client who trusted the vision.

Designed to highlight more than just views — the Glen Street Penthouse Apartment captures light, movement, and a sense of calm above the city.

A reconfigured layout creates three private bedrooms, each with its own perspective of the harbour. Above, an enclosed rooftop terrace becomes an extension of living — elevated, intimate, and entirely its own.

Over 7,000 bricks salvaged and set aside for reuse, with original sandstone foundations and timber roof and ceiling framing meticulously stored to be recycled into the new home.

Opening up the entry level set the tone for this transformation — removing walls to invite light in and create a more generous, connected living environment.

The kitchen and dining have been reimagined as a single open space, extending to the balcony and capturing views across Balmoral to Manly. New bathrooms, custom joinery, refined storage and a subtle adjustment to the stair bring cohesion throughout, while a new courtyard and stunning landscaping complete the experience.
