Avanti Projects partnered with BGIS and Kerfoot to deliver the upgrade of the Downing Centre Courthouse main switchboard room.

Works included new concrete slabs, core-filled masonry wall construction, structural steel platforms, Speedpanel fire-rated walls and new fire-rated doors, improving performance, compliance and resilience within a critical services environment.

Project complete at Glebe Point Road. Delivered on a compact inner-city site, this mixed-use development brings together a ground-floor retail tenancy, three residential residences and basement storage.

The build respects the character of the streetscape, retaining the heritage façade while introducing a contemporary structure behind it.

A balance of brick, render and timber detailing allows the building to sit comfortably within its surroundings, reflecting the direction of modern inner-city living.

Now complete and ready for the next chapter.
