Strata stormwater repair 🌧️

This downpipe had never been properly connected into the stormwater system, meaning every time it rained, water was pooling around the property instead of draining away correctly.

We located the existing main stormwater line, carried out a small excavation, connected the downpipe properly into the system and made sure the line was completely clear and flowing as it should.

Small job, but an important fix to prevent ongoing water pooling and potential damage.

And excuse the voice on the walkthrough 😂 currently recovering from being sick, but the jobs still need getting done!

What’s happening underground? 📹🌳

CCTV inspection found heavy tree root intrusion inside the drainage line — but finding the problem is only half the job.

Using our drain locating equipment, we can trace the camera from above ground and pinpoint the exact location and depth of the damaged pipework.

This means we know exactly where the problem is before any excavation or repair begins — less guesswork, less disruption, and the right repair in the right place. 👌

Minimal digging. Maximum result. 👌

This Newtown strata job had a collapsed stormwater line running beneath a retaining wall and out to the kerb.

Instead of taking the wall apart or causing unnecessary damage, we chose a minimal-disruption approach.

✅ Excavated both sides
✅ Tunnelled underneath the retaining wall
✅ Installed the new stormwater pipework
✅ Restored the line with as little impact as possible

It’s not always about the quickest option—it’s about choosing the method that gets the best long-term result while keeping disruption to a minimum.

Not every plumbing repair is as simple as replacing a part.

On this basin, the rubber O-rings on the MF extension weren’t sealing properly, so replacing them wasn’t going to solve the issue. We removed the faulty breach section and hard-piped the connection instead, creating a reliable, long-term fix.

Fresh filtered water on tap 💧

Installed a new water bubbler and filtered water unit for one of our hostel clients in the city. We picked up the water supply from the laundry and ran new services to a benchtop cabinet, giving guests easy access to clean drinking water.

Simple job, great result 👌

This was a fun one in Rose Bay 👌

We had to reroute the whole building’s stormwater from the back corner, run it through the property, and get it discharging out to the street for strata.

The existing line was collapsed in so many places, repairing wasn’t a good option.

A bit of planning, a bit of digging, and a clean finish.
