Southerncross Electrical Service is looking for a reliable, highly motivated and self-driven individual to commence in January 2017 as an apprentice electrician based in Tamworth.

Southerncross Electrical Service is a growing small business providing electrical services to the Tamworth and surrounding areas including Kootingal, Narrabri, Gunnedah, Barraba and Bingara. We pride ourselves on being professional, working to a high standard and exceeding clients expectations.

Reporting and supporting lead electrician, the successful applicant will broaden their skills and knowledge as an electrician in the domestic, industrial and commercial industries including renovations, new homes and poultry production. You will be supported, mentored and offered the opportunity to not only gain your trade but also go above and beyond to expand your skill set.

Wage is negotiable depending on previous experience and skills and reasonable overtime is expected when necessary.

The ideal applicant will have:
• Valid provisional driver’s license
• OH&S white card
• Successfully completed year 10
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with integrity and reliability
