TEAM LEADER – PROJECT / COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING

This successful contractor has vacancies for motivated and pro-active Team Leader with previous experience in landscaping, fencing, retaining wall and softscapes across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane Metro area, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.

The job involves:

- Daily planning, prioritising, time management and supervision of on-site activities including staff and subcontractors.
- Hands-on participation with the crew to meet high standards.
- Implementing company and client HSE requirements.
- Working within the project budget and time frames.
- Liaising with keys stakeholders.

The person we are looking for will possess most (if not all) of following skills:

- Cert III Structural Landscaping / horticulture preferred would be highly regarded.
- Some Structural Landscaping knowledge & experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of good customer relations.
- Prior experience in managing a small team with good communication skills.
- A good safety record and a commitment to maintaining a culture of safety.
- A proven passion for excellence.
- Current Driver’s license and White Card

Abbie is a little girl who was competing at Pony Club alongside some of our Top Gun family in July when she suffered a catastrophic fall and injury to her spine. Unfortunately she now has no movement below her neck and will rely on a breathing tube for life. You can read more about this beautiful girl in the links below.

Thanks to the members of Runcorn Pony Club, B4C and other locals who joined us to plant 500 natives trees today! 38 helpers in total. Thanks to Ian from Top Gun for watering with their spray cannon when he saw us watering with buckets! This event was funded by the BCC Lord Mayor's Environment Grant.

Top Gun is proud to be a part of the new Torhaven (Ripley QLD) residential development for DHA. BMD contracted Top Gun for much of the soft and hardscape works on the project which included basins, paving, planting works, turf, street-scapes, bridges, play ground, etc. Top Gun's package is nearing completion with some minor works still to finish off. Congrats to the BMD and Top Gun teams for a good outcome and a great looking development that will only get better as the plants and turf mature and bed-in.
