Today we celebrate all the amazing dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures who guide, support, encourage and love their families every day.

To the dads who are always there to lend a hand, teach us a thing or two, make us laugh, and sometimes even tell us how we should be doing things — today is your day!

We also recognise that Father’s Day can be a difficult day for some. Thinking of those who have lost their dad, those who are missing their dad, and dads who have lost a child.

Hogan Group is a family owned and operated business that has been based on the Mid North Coast for over 40 years, specialising in hydraulics & metal roofing delivering major commercial projects across the region.

We’re looking for experienced, trade-qualified roofers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

You’ll need:
✅ Trade qualification in roof plumbing or metal roofing
✅ Current Supervisor’s Certificate or Licence
✅ Unrestricted driver’s licence
✅ Your own tools and transport

We offer EBA conditions including weekly payments into a redundancy scheme.

Hayden joined the team in January 2026 and brings previous experience in roof tiling, now expanding his skill set by taking on a new challenge in roof plumbing. His hands-on industry knowledge and strong work ethic have already made him a valuable addition to the team.

We’re excited to support Hayden throughout his apprenticeship journey and look forward to seeing his skills continue to grow.
