'Kurun Lodge' is a rural experience in the heart of Morningside just minutes from the bustle of Oxford St. This forgotten tract of land became a true challenge and the unique brief of creating a dark farmhouse lifestyle is a testament to what our office is all about.
It has been rather an unknown project but now that the owner's are ready to sell, we finally have the opportunity to unveil our work.

Bowen Apartments is a unit complex situated on a 500m2 corner site in New Farm. We managed to design approval for 5 levels including Ground level offices and basement carparking. The form and style were strongly driven by the constraints of the site and the Art deco vernacular prevalent in the community.

Ferguson houses are up and running.
This is rather a large project involving two houses being constructed above an overland flow path and adjacent a park.
It will be fun to see this one progress in the coming months.
