📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | FRANCIS HOLLIS DRIVE, TATHRA

📣When you think about the heart of any home, it’s hard to look past the kitchen. But what makes this one stand out is the finish, the layout and the way it brings the social side of the home together.

☕The beautiful island bench creates the perfect gathering point, while the tucked-away butler’s pantry keeps everything neat and out of sight. Then there’s the window access straight from the kitchen to the deck, connecting the kitchen with the outdoor entertaining space.

📣The heart of the home with a beautiful finish and a touch of luxury. This is what we love about building. Taking a vision and turning it into something you can actually experience.

🏡 Every home starts with a vision.

📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | FRANCIS HOLLIS DRIVE, TATHRA

📣When you think about building your dream home, you probably start with the kitchen. Maybe the bathrooms. The living spaces. The view.

🛗 But what about a lift? Yep, a lift between the two floors of your home. It’s certainly not something you see in every house, and this one came with its fair share of headaches along the way. But we got it done.

🤔 Because when you’ve got a vision, nothing is impossible. This is what we love about building. Taking an idea that might seem a little different, working through the challenges and turning it into something you can actually experience.

❤Got a dream you’re not sure is possible? Talk to the fellas. Let’s explore it, work it out and turn the dream into something worth witnessing.

🏡 EVERY HOME STARTS WITH A VISION

✨ Every home begins with an idea. A vision of what could be, what could become, and how you want to live. At Grant Dowdle Building, we take that vision and turn it into something real. From the first conversation and the plans on paper, through every stage of construction, our family team is there to bring your ideas to life.

🌊 From coastal architectural builds to custom homes throughout the Bega Valley, we believe quality starts long before the first wall goes up. It starts with listening, planning and understanding your vision. Because we’re a hands-on family team, we carefully limit the number of projects we take on. With current projects moving toward completion, we’re now booking our next building phase.

📐 Have a vision for your next home? Don’t just dream about it. Let’s start the conversation.

📣Call 0412 591 567 or send us a DM today and let’s talk about bringing your vision to life.

📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | WILDLIFE DRIVE, TATHRA

✨ Every home starts with a vision. Sometimes that vision begins with a conversation, a sketch, an email or a phone call. Ideas shared back and forth, details discussed, changes made and dreams slowly taking shape.

🏠 At Wildlife Drive, we had the privilege of taking those visions and turning them into something real. From the very first conversation through to the final detail, our team was there to guide, design, coordinate and look after the project from start to finish.

💭 Those letters from the sky, the emails and phone calls that once described what this home could be, have now come to life right in front of us. We can't thank the owners enough for trusting us with their vision and allowing us to capture, design and bring their dream home to life.

📣Because at the end of the day, it's more than just building a house. It's about making someone's vision a reality.

📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | SHUMACK PLACE, WALLAGOOT

📣 The rafters are in, and this build is really starting to take shape.

⭐ It’s easy to see the progress, but behind every stage is a team of skilled tradies putting in the work to make it happen.

💪 From the concreters who got the slab right, to the carpenters bringing the frame and roof together, every trade plays an important part. It takes planning, experience and hard work to get each stage done properly.

🏗️ Rafters are in, and next up is getting the roof on. Plenty more to come.

📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | SHUMACK PLACE, WALLAGOOT

📣 Another week, another big step forward.

⭐ The frames and trusses are now in, and the structure is really starting to come together. Next week, the focus shifts to the rafters as we continue working our way through the build.

💪 This is progress at its finest. You can see the hard work starting to show, with each stage bringing the project closer to the finished property.

🤝 From the slab to the frame and now the roof, every stage takes planning, precision and plenty of hard work from the team on the ground.

🏗️ From the ground up, the progress is showing, and there’s plenty more to come

🌊 HOW’S THE SERENITY?

📣Sometimes, three words say it all. A beautiful space, a stunning view and that unmistakable feeling of being right where you want to be.

✨ How’s the serenity? We reckon it’s pretty good.

📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | SHUMACK PLACE, WALLAGOOT

📣 Concrete is in, and this project is really starting to take shape.

⭐ With the slab poured and looking the goods, we’re ready for the next stage of bringing this property to life. It’s always great to see the work move from the ground up, knowing how much goes into getting each stage right.

🤝 We also want to take a moment to acknowledge the other local businesses, trades and services we work alongside. Every project is a team effort, and the work that happens behind the scenes is what helps turn the foundations into someone’s dream property.

💪 From the ground up, it takes a good team to build something great

📍 PROJECT SHOWCASE | WILDLIFE DRIVE, TATHRA

✨ As we spoke about in our last post, it’s often the unique features that become the ones people remember and talk about. At this property, light became a prominent feature throughout the bathrooms, giving each space its own personality.

💡 From the feature lighting behind the mirror in the additional bathroom, to the illuminated shower niches in the main ensuite and secondary bathroom, perfect for keeping your shampoo and conditioner within easy reach, every detail was designed to stand out.

🏠Even the lighting underneath the bathroom drawers adds another layer, creating a modern and unique finish. This home was specifically designed with light in mind, and you can certainly see its personality shine through. From the mirror to the shower niches and the lighting beneath the bathroom drawers, each feature plays its part in making this build unique.

💡 Sometimes, it’s the little details that make the biggest difference.
