Well it’s been sometime since we posted anything, so let’s get back on the media.

We had the absolute pleasure of fitting a new kitchen for Mark and Ellie recently, it was something that had been on the cards for a while, you could feel the excitement in the air, so after Ellie packed up the kids and went to Cornwall for a week we got started and hey presto, a new kitchen is born, Mark put in some graft by ripping the old floor tiles up, self leveling, and the plumbing, the results speak for themselves, a lovely choice of colour with a breakfast bar area for the mad school rush as the kids get older, on that note, it was beautiful to meet the new baby who is quite possibly the happiest baby we’ve ever met 😂, all smiles.

Well, it’s been a while since we have posted anything, we have had the pleasure of breathing new life in to this old slightly tired farmhouse for B2 developments for the last 18months, after getting to it and stripping back it was obvious it was going to need some serious overhauling, it’s had new roof structures to all 3 sections including attic trusses to the larger section allowing for a huge bedroom, WC and office space, the entire building has been insulated up to latest specs with Actis insulation, new pozi joists throughout the entire building, an entire re wire and plumbing and heating system, new kitchen was supplied by Terrance ball kitchens, we weren’t able to keep as many original bits as we hoped as it had been neglected for so so long, it’s been an absolute blast working along side my 2 boys and some really good trades and the owners, if anyone has a project they are thinking of doing and would like some likable chaps then get in touch 😊

A return visit to work for the awesome Tim on this one, an oldy worldy building that needed some creative storage and a lot of scribing, we made some draw systems for upstairs that sat and filled up under purlin space, a new doorway between stone walls, a kitchen and a new home for some absolutely huge reclaimed doors, as always an absolute blast working for Tim and Nicky 😊😊

All the tea a man can drink on this project, and an absolute pleasure to be working for Gary and Heidi again, after having to remove an old lean to due to it being unsafe they missed the cover so we were drafted in to make it dry again, we used a full polycarbonate system but used chunky posts and all timber framing to keep the look they desired, Im sure it’s already completely wrapped in solar lights 😊😊
