Meet Dave 🪵

With over 30 years in the arboriculture industry it’s fair to say Dave has seen and done a thing or two when it comes to trees.

From precision pruning and complex removals, to hazard relief work in fire damaged areas, he’s also built a reputation for tackling some seriously big trees including working on Eucalyptus Regnans, Australia’s tallest tree and the world’s tallest flowering tree.

For Dave tree work isn’t just about cutting branches. Every job starts with careful planning around safety, tree health, surrounding assets, wildlife and the environment and finished with his attention to detail clean ups.

It’s this attention to detail and decades of experience that have made him well respected throughout the industry.

When he’s not in a harness or behind a chainsaw, you’ll likely find him out hunting, cooking up a feast or spending quality time with his wife Ursula and their beloved puppies and friends. 🦌🔥🐾

You may recognise this legendary duo - Pierre and Cat the team behind the Mt Beauty Post Office and ValleyNPeaks Clothing. Thanks for trusting Kiewa Valley Tree Services to carry out maintenance works on this incredible Red Box (Eucalyptus polyanthemos) feature tree 🌳

This beauty was heavily impacted with mistletoe throughout the canopy, along with significant deadwood. We carried out selective deadwooding and mistletoe removal to help improve tree health and preserve the longevity of this stunning specimen tree on their property.
