Another rough in completed and ready for plaster. Some nice touches with this one include refrigerated cooling, NBN hub, downlights throughout and downlights to all external eves.

Rough in completed at this Altona unit site, with provision for a Tesla charger, 3 phase power downlights throughout, cameras, and much more, keep an eye out for the finished product.

This was a close call. Luckily, the owner was nearby and seen the glow coming from this sub board. He managed to extinguish the flame before it was to late. Then it was up to Rocelec to repair and get it all up and running again.

The final step to getting power to this multi unit site was installing the group meter panel and 4 sub boards. Sub boards installed in their permanent location. Power will be on shortly keeping all the following trades happy.
