The lovely "Jasbinda" is sold!!!

A bit over 20 years of history served up & slated in this home.
I'm really going to miss the garden spaces I've created, plus the abundance of edible, fruiting trees & vege/herb beds.

Thankfully, the new home I've purchased with mum in Tea Gardens, has some established edibles & plenty of space to establish more.

Because of this "BIG" life change, I'll be putting the sole trader business on hold for a short while... looking to reopen for business once we've settled in.

Hey there Lovelies, hope you're all well as we kick ahead into the joys of Spring.

I've recently been fortunate to be hired for a role as a Trainer of Horticulture.
It's been an intense few weeks in redress of some old qualifications, learning some new skills and preparing myself for this new role.

I'm excited about beginning my first lesson as a trainer in training next week.

As I will initially only be taking on one day per week in this role, I will have other times available for assisting you with any small jobs, repairs or maintenance to your home and gardens.

Whether it be replacing an old light, ceiling fan or power outlet, or sharing some expert advice on how to get your garden thriving, I'm always here to help.

Attempting to earn an income again.

A friend at the pub had a couple of electrical fittings in need of replacement.

Reinvention of an antique baby crib in progress, to allow for their growth indoors, upto their future release into the yard.

Hope you enjoyed the holiday season friendly like.
It's still been busy for me over the break, as a few of my clientele are elderly, there were a couple of small emergencies, as well as work I agreed to do.

Here a some pictures of out with the old and in with the new.
Old power outlets and switches, many of which in a state of bad deterioration, can become unsafe.
All lighting inspected, cleaned and relamped with LED bulbs, plus replaced 2 old fan/lights, installed a new oven and replaced the taped up smoke detectors with new units.

When performing work such as this, it's also a great opportunity to inspect the condition of cabling at all points and in the switchboard.

Aside of the safety and security of your home's electrical system being inspected to be compliant with today's standards, new switches, outlets, etc., really freshens up the appearance of your home.
