🐾 **Pet Stain & Odour Removal – Done Properly**

Pet urine doesn't just stay on the surface of your carpet. It seeps through the fibres, backing, underlay, and into the subfloor, which is why the smell keeps returning. Surface cleaning won’t solve the issue—professional restoration is necessary.

🔍 **What We Do**

1. **Locate & Pull Back Carpet**: We use a black light and moisture meter to map the affected areas, then carefully lift the carpet from the tack strips.

2. **Dispose of Soiled Underlay**: The contaminated padding is rolled up and removed.

3. **Treat Carpet Backing**: The underside of the carpet is saturated with a bio-enzymatic solution that digests uric acid crystals.

4. **Clean the Subfloor**: We scrape, vacuum, and perform enzymatic washing to ensure a thorough clean.

5. **Completely Dry**: We utilise fans and dehumidifiers to ensure everything is completely dry.

6. **Seal the Subfloor**: A primer coating is applied to lock away any lingering odours.

7. **Relay the Carpet**: New underlay is installed, the carpet is re-stretched, cleaned, and deodorised.
