We have an excellent opportunity for a professional and motivated candidate to join our enthusiastic team as a full-time Building Supervisor.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Working closely with the Project Manager on each project.
- Running the project once handed over to you, through to successful completion.
- Liaising and building strong working relationships with our clients.
- Work out materials and place orders.
- Job site safety, including the development and implementation of SWMS and JHAs on each project undertaken.
- Engage, liaise, and manage sub-contractors.
- Manage our internal carpenters.
- Deliver a high level quality of workmanship.
- Handing the project over once completed.
- Occasional completion of job reviews as part of ongoing reporting.

Although the role will be predominately overseeing building works, you will be required at times to oversee some specialist concrete remediation projects. On the job training will be provided as these projects arise.

The successful candidate will be required to manage multiple projects at a time. As our scope of works ranges from small maintenance repairs to larger renovations, and varies from project to project, the successful candidate must be versatile in their approach and have the ability to problem solve. You will be required to deliver a high level finish on each project, so a strong attention to detail is paramount.
