Mech Air Electrical are proud to announce that we have now secured Tower 1, 2 and 3 and the complete 1st stage of the $1.7-billion Elysium Fields precinct development at the Docklands.

The first stage will comprise over 700 apartments.

We are currently on site working on tower 1 with tower 2 and 3 kicking off in the following in the months.

As we wrap up the year, it’s a great chance to reflect on what’s been a huge one for Mech Air.

This year brought strong growth, new projects, and new faces joining the team. The final quarter in particular was relentless, but the effort, commitment, and teamwork shown across the business was outstanding. Everyone stood up, backed each other, and got the job done to a high standard.

I want to sincerely thank every member of the team for the hard work, long hours, and pride you bring to your roles. The experience, attitude, and culture we have in this group is something to be proud of.

Heading into the New Year, it’s exciting to see what’s ahead with such a capable and experienced team behind us. Looking forward to building on this momentum together.

Mech air electrical has secured Cobblebank community services hub.

We will be making a start in the coming month.
This is a new six-storey facility targeting a 5 Star Green Star certification which will include basement level parking and over 13,000m² of flexible office, training and consulting space.

The building is designed to accommodate a broad range of health, community and support services.

Raleigh st Windsor for Goldfields

Mech air electrical kicked off on this fast moving project a few months ago.

We are proud to announce our latest secured Docklands Tower. Tower 1 is stage 1 of a 5 stage development!
Stacking up at 31 stories, it will house luxury build-to-sell offering with around 250 apartments.
We will have a team landing onsite for a start in the coming months!
