We received a call relating to asphalt that had lifted where a bollard was installed and subsequently damaged due to an accident with a truck. The area required to be repaired and the bollard removed. Repairs were undertaken and a new bollard installed by our team. The area is now safe and the bollard secured.

Our commercial kitchen client had an issue with the hotplate flat grill on site. As this tenancy is extremely busy they needed this sorted out as soon as possible as downtime for the hot plate was not an option.
Our team attended immediately to find the cable had deteriorated and the insulation had shortened and subsequently isolated and locked off.
Required repairs were undertaken and the site was up and running in no time at all. The staff were very grateful for the team's attendance so promptly and for sorting out what was required.

We had a request to install a pump and heater to a pool for our client.
On attendance our plumber inspected the area to confirm the correct pump and heater requirements prior to purchase. The pump and heater installed are working perfectly and our client was extremely happy with the quality of work undertaken and professionalism of our plumber in attendance.

There are always simple maintenance issues that need to be addressed in rental properties. Whether these are homes, units or hi-rise apartments.
Our property client advised us that a tenant was having issues with a door staying open and closed. Our team in attendance found replacement of a special door stopper was needed. This was then replaced and working well.
Our team never knows what to expect with jobs that can be big or small on arrival. The door could have potentially dropped or damaged, however it was an easy fix and completed very quickly.

Our client had flagged to us that the back-room door was stuck closed and staff were not able to enter to collect stock. It appeared there was a broken part in the lock preventing the door from opening and closing. This was repaired by our resident locksmith and the door is now operating.
Over time locks fail and give you very little notice to have someone attend and resolve before it becomes a major issue.

Roof leaks were reported at this factory complex due to water coming through the ceiling inside the production area.
On inspection by our roof plumber, it was found that the gutters had not been cleaned for quite some time with grass and small trees growing in the gutters. Due to this and rain, the overflow has gone inside the roof cavity.
The rear spoon drain was also blocked and urgent attention to this property was required.

Birds are becoming an issue at this retail tenancy again. We received a report of yet another roof leak.
Our team has attended and cleaned gutters, inspected the roof and bird spikes installed. For a short while this appeared to have helped with roof leaks and the birds.
The birds decided they liked this roof so much they started perching on another area loving the warmth of the sun and roof leaks started again. The flock of birds on this roof has been incredible and has created mountains of bird droppings blocking another section of the roof.
More roof cleaning and bird spikes to be done to hopefully eliminate the issue and the birds move on to another roof far far away from this one.

Roof works were required on this commercial property due to roof leaks and rust found. Our plumbers have been busy undertaking works in readiness for the waterproofer.
Until a roof leak is noted inside a property it is only then you realize your roof has not been checked for some time.
It is always recommended to have roof checks and gutter cleans twice a year to keep on top of any maintenance needed. In the long run these processes can save ti8me and money.
