💧 Water has to go somewhere... and if it doesn't, problems start.

What looked like a simple stormwater drainage issue turned out to be a missing outlet connection.

After carrying out a CCTV inspection from the street, we confirmed there were no blockages. Instead, we found the channel drain had no adequate outlet pipe, meaning stormwater had nowhere to drain properly.

Here's how we fixed it:
✔️ Inspected the stormwater system with CCTV.
✔️ Identified the missing outlet connection.
✔️ Cut and excavated a section of the driveway.
✔️ Installed a new outlet drain.
✔️ Added a riser for a future rainwater tank connection.
✔️ Backfilled with gravel and reinstated the concrete driveway.
✔️ Left the site clean and tidy.

Sometimes the issue isn't a blockage, it's the way the system was installed in the first place.

That X marks the location where our CCTV camera inspection uncovered the real problem—a cracked drain pipe with tree roots making their way inside.
Here's what we did:

✔️ Cleared the blocked laundry sink using our Hydro Jetter.
✔️ Restored the drainage flow.
✔️ Carried out a camera inspection to locate the cause.
✔️ Removed tree roots as much as possible.
✔️ Reconnected the drain and cleaned up the site.
While the blockage has been cleared, the damaged pipe will require excavation for a permanent repair.

Don't ignore the signs beneath your feet—what looks like a simple blockage could be hiding a much bigger problem.
