We removed the old regulator and installed a new one, then carried out the required testing to make sure the gas system was safe, leak-free and operating as it should.

Attended a property in Morningside after receiving a call-out for a blocked drain.

We used the hydro jetter to clear the sewer line and get the drain flowing again. Once the blockage was removed, we completed a CCTV drain inspection, which identified a large build-up of toilet paper within the line.
The drain was jetted again to fully clear the build-up, then re-cameraed to confirm the sewer was running clear and no further blockages remained.
All works were completed and the drain was left operating correctly.
