Today we handed over this stunning ensuite in Sunbury.

After a previous renovation quite a few years ago unfortunately leaked, we were engaged to renew this ensuite and give it the look it deserved!

We completed and handed this laundry over in Essendon recently

Our clients wanted to better use space in their current laundry while still keeping the same layout!

we changed all their cabinetry and added a stand alone unit to increase space! We also removed two old timber doors to a cupboard space and updated them to match the cabinets! Waterproof Hybrid flooring throughout ties this laundry in with their kitchen space!

This laundry also had a small bathroom off it which got a new shower, toilet and half wall tiles!

An updated laundry with double the storage space and a fresh new look!

How stunning is this butlers pantry we assisted our clients with in Taylor’s Hill!

Our clients opted to use their own electrican and cabinet maker and required us to complete other aspects of the renovation such as demolition, framing, plastering, painting, tiling and caulking!

Here at TPG Building Group we are more than happy to work in with client supplied trades and take on as much or as little of your renovation as you require!

Last week we handed over this beautiful bathroom in Roxburgh park!

Our clients opted to delete the bath which was no Longer used to allow for a larger shower and vanity!

This bathroom features a stunning wall hung vanity complimented by an LED Mirror and floor to ceiling tiles!

Our European laundry is now complete at our Avondale Heights project

Our clients opted to utilise space in their larger laundry to accomodate an ensuite in the master bedroom while still maintaining room for a European laundry!

We were able to incorporate a stacked washer dryer, generous bench space with granite sink and floor and overhead cupboards!

Frosted glass aliminium sliding doors not only complement this Hallway, they hide this laundry while not in use!

While the current layout was functional, our clients opted to move the ensuite door to an empty wall in their walk in robe instead of their bedroom to allow for a larger walk in shower

Our clients opted to keep the insert bath and hob to allow these stunning subway tiles
To flow up and around.

With a larger level entry tile shower base and wall hung vanity, this bathroom got the update it needed to keep it functional for years to come.

Last week we completed this walk in pantry in Taylor’s Lakes leaving the home ready for new floors!
Our clients had a larger sitting area they did not use so opted to split half to a walk in pantry and half to a toy room for Grandkids!

🔹 New wall framed through the room
🔹 Cavity slider installed from kitchen
🔹 Larger floor to ceiling window removed and a smaller one installed to allow for cabinetry
🔹 Additional electrical points and lighting
🔹 New cabinetry to walk in pantry
🔹 40mm stone
🔹 Window opening bricked up with matching bricks and mortar

This pantry is now extremely functional and has almost doubled the kitchen storage space for this home!
